Celery with Goat Cheese Snack

On a Low Carb Diet you are supposed to be getting green vegetables each day for their important nutrients. Don't just eat lunch meat, you need your greens. This quick little snack that should satisfy the munchies.

This yummy spreadable goat cheese is very good and less than 1 carb.  Celery one large stalk cut into pieces is 2 carbs, or one small stalk is just 1/2 a carb.
If your doing induction phase of the Atkins diet try this little treat.
